Born and raised in the midwest, Andy has always had a passion for waterfowling and conservation. Spending 21 yeas in the Army travelling the country and the world allowed him to hunt every flyway in the U.S. before settling down in New England. A passionate advocate and avid outdoorsman, Andy has served as a volunteer at the local, state and national level with multiple organization before founding New England Waterfowl.

Hailing from Rhode Island, Mike is a long-time conservationist and volunteer leader for numerous organizations in the outdoor space with a passion for waterfowl hunting. He leads our efforts for policy and advocacy throughout New England. Mike is a founding member of NE Waterfowl Assoc.

Kevin is an avid outdoorsman currently located in New Hampshire and a Army Veteran. Kevin has a passion for waterfowl conservation and leads our efforts related habitat projects and events. Kevin has served for years with other non-profits in the space and is a founding member.

Nick is an avid outdoorsman and our finance guru who has a passion for waterfowling and the New England lifestyle. He is born and raised in New Hampshire where he currently works and serves as an Army Infantry officer for the National Guard and a fulltime financial analyst for the state.

Native Mainer and lifelong outdoorsman. Linwood has hunted across the country while serving in the Army but has returned to New England and his roots. Dedicated to passing on the hunting heritage and the New England lifestyle, you can often find him at his camp in the Northwoods in Maine with his lab Yoda.

Avid outdoors woman, owner-operator of Silver Lion Kennels and a registered NH Guide. Marie is a passionate volunteer for numerous hunting and conservation organizations and our lead on R3, women’s outreach and all things gundogs.
